David R. Wells

Founder Atlas Bookkeeping & Atlas CFO

David R. Wells is an operationally-minded CFO with solid instincts for “the numbers”. He possesses over 30 years of experience in finance, operations and administrative positions. While mainly focused on medical and technology companies, Mr. Wells has also worked in the water treatment, supply-chain management, manufacturing and professional services industries.

He has led multiple public offerings, reverse mergers, private placements, and M&A transactions. He has completed a deSPAC transaction (Envoy Medical, NASDAQ: COCH), Initial Public Offering (ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. NASDAQ: NDRA), and multiple reverse mergers.

Mr. Wells joined the Board of Directors of Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. (dba ‘HeartSciences’, NASDAQ: HSCS), which is developing a cardiac device which seeks to bridge today’s “diagnostic gap” in cardiac care by providing effective front-line solutions that assist in the detection of heart disease in at-risk patients. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, and his Bachelors degree is from Seattle Pacific University majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Patty Stone

Client Manager, Atlas Bookkeeping

Patty Stone is the Client Manager at Atlas Bookkeeping, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial management and client relations. Prior to joining Atlas, she held leadership roles overseeing complex financial portfolios and brings a wealth of experience in managing financial challenges and achieving successful outcomes.

With a strong background in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, Patty serves as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping to ensure their needs are understood and deliverables stay on track. She is passionate about building strong relationships, navigating challenges, and providing the responsive, personalized service that allows clients to feel confident and supported. Patty is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Jordan Nasr

Financial Analyst

Jordan is a seasoned finance professional who leverages a diverse background in computer science, operational leadership, and strategic financial management to drive organizational success. He initiated his career in hospitality, developing robust capabilities in operational workflows, budgetary control, and organizational performance metrics. This foundational experience provides Jordan with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, ensuring his financial strategies are both practical and impactful.

Jordan has integrated his formal background in computer science with hands-on corporate finance experience, specializing in sophisticated data modeling, financial reporting, and executive decision support. By combining technological acumen and operational experience with practical financial analysis, he delivers high-value, data-driven insights. His unique expertise enables clients to leverage modern financial tools, optimize process efficiencies, maximize profitability, and secure sustainable, long-term asset growth.

Irina Pestrikova

Managing Director, Atlas Bookkeeping

Irina Pestrikova is a Finance and Operations Executive with a strong track record supporting early-stage and growth companies across a range of industries, including life sciences, media, and professional services.

She brings over 15 years of experience leading financial operations, corporate reporting, and strategic planning initiatives.Irina currently serves as the Managing Director of Atlas Bookkeeping, Inc., where she oversees day-to-day operations and provides hands-on financial leadership to a portfolio of public and private clients. Prior to joining Atlas, Irina was the Senior Director of Finance at ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: NDRA), where she led the company’s financial reporting, SEC compliance, and accounting operations.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a financial analyst supporting the reporting needs of small-cap and publicly traded companies.Irina holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School and a BS in Economics and Finance from Izhevsk State University.

Victoria A. Wells

Director, Administration & Client Outreach, Atlas CFO

Victoria Wells is a high-impact, senior-level Executive Assistant and strategic partner with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence for C-suite leaders in biotech and sustainability. Most recently, she served as the EA to the President and Administrative Services Team Lead at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), part of City of Hope. Victoria specializes in maximizing executive bandwidth through masterful board-level communication, complex global logistics, and discreet operational management. Known for her poise in high-stakes environments, she consistently transforms organizational complexity into streamlined success. Outside the office, Victoria is an active volunteer with the Anthem Giving Circle and a devoted wife and mother to her and David’s blended family of three children and their German Shepherd, Max.

Max Wells

Director of Bark-eting & Corporate Culture

Specialties: Stress management, virtual executive greeting, and delivery notifications.

Max joined the Smart CFO Solutions team to oversee employee well-being and maintain high office morale. With an expert background in therapeutic tail-wagging, advanced napping techniques, and treats procurement, he ensures our remote and hybrid environments remain positive and high-energy.

When he is not auditing lunchboxes for compliance, Max enjoys supervising operations from his favorite leather chair and welcoming clients with his signature enthusiasm. He takes great pride in serving as our official delivery notification system—providing a high-volume doorbell alert long before any package actually hits the porch.
